Five years ago, I started my fitness journey as a skinny teenager with very little muscle mass. To be completely honest, I didn't feel very confident about my body. Scrolling through social media, I would constantly compare myself to guys with much better physiques than mine.
Looking back, I used to be the smallest in my friendship group, and I vividly remember the times when we would compare arm sizes. It made me feel self-conscious and embarrassed that my arms were always one of the smallest. However, this experience served as a powerful motivation for me to change my appearance and take control of my body.
I used to struggle with low confidence, but today, I'm proud to say that I feel much more self-assured. Improving my physical appearance has played a major role in boosting my confidence and helping me feel my best.
